Yeap, Boredom didn't manage to murder me on Saturday, cos baby brought me out ^^. First to Central for Japanese food, then to Bugis for Pi Pi's snacks & Toys and ......finally MAHJONG at Youxiang's place!!!~ Great fun and company; though I lost $2 ha ha ha.
Had gotten my x'mas prezzie from baby: Hair Re bonding on Sunday - Ya, He paid for it and I got him some membership from Fitness First. I know ...very unromantic, but it's damn practical ok. Badly needed and best gift in times of recession.
HC met us for Dinner after my hair re bonding session. We had dinner at Akashabu located @ Kallang leisure park. Pretty good shabu shabu and quite economical I would say.
Anyway I tell u, HC is a damn good friend, but I always call him 'Shun You' (In case anyone doesn't know - it's those kinda people ya mama ask you to stay away from, in short - bad influence) Ha ha ha...Just Kidding. He's actually a damn good friend because No 1. my bf called and say I'm re bonding my hair and he got nothing to do, so HC came all the way down to meet him despite suffering from a super bad stomach upset. I tell u, it's the first time I see his face turn 'fair' (He's gonna box me for this hahaha). No. 2 He treat us to dinner even though he ate less than 10 mouthful of food. No 3. He sent us home so we could save cab $.
Eh HC, I am not admiring you or anything har ha ha ha and there' s something I wanna tell you ......I had Aston today. The steak was damn good. Conclusion = ITS YOUR KARMA!!!~
K lar, enuff elaborations on what wonderful friends my baby have. Recently, I am kinda tired and stress up with work. Its like a super long stretch of road that's never ending. Maybe its high time I gauge what's more important to me at this point of my life. The elderly says, "年轻不拚，老了想拚都没力‘, but I'm thinking otherwise, if I work so hard then I die young how?? Just some random thoughts of mine. Too many sudden death and the decease are all so young...*sighx*
Baby's been very stress too....I can see, but I can't tell him to give up his job in bad times like this. It's just the Singapore living standard. High pay = High responsibility and stress = More commitment and bills....if you know what I mean. Every morning when I flipped the newspaper, its about retrenchment, recession and inflation. Very gloomy and extremely pessimistic.
Hopefully the Christmas season will bring some cheers. Ok, enough of pessimistic stuff, here's the updates on past events, Christmas and upcoming events:
November 26: Masquerade Party @ Four seasons Hotel. My first masquerade. Lotsa of fun and delicious food. Will upload the pics later cos its stored in my office desktop.
December 9: Team X'mas Dinner @ The White Rabbit. Its located at Dempsey Hill and the atmosphere, food and cocktails are superb. Slightly pricey, but definitely worth it. Took the pic off someones blog (http://chubbyhubby.net/blog/?p=538), cause I was slightly too "happy" to take pictures after my small but potent grape and pineapple Margaritas.
December 17: X'mas Dinner with my Buddies @ Villa Bali. A relaxing chill out place that serves some of the best deep fried chicken wings.
December 18: Company's Xmas Dinner @ Raffles Hotel. My first time to really step inside. *Excited* Yeap, the pics will most likely be posted up with the pictures I took at the masquerade party.
December 23: Family Xmas Dinner @ Fish & Co (The Glass House). The blue building next to Park Mall. Hopefully we catch the live band on that day.

December 28: X'mas Gathering with Ashlynn & Gang. Dinner and KTV. Can't wait for the crazy actions.
