DAMN TIRING!!~
Muscle Ache + Sun Burnt


But
I'm glad I went
It was an eye opener for me


Living standards for the poor are really disastrous over there
Kids and even the animals are skinny
It pains my heart to see situations like this


I wish I could do more
Yet
The strength of one is so minimum


We should really be contented with life and stop wailing
There are many others out there
Who are really suffering


And
It would really make a big difference
If we could all contribute and do a little act of kindness


So Please Help
